Has Anyone Tried QEDman Tobacco Shave Soap?

Good afternoon gents. I was knocking about Charles' site the other day and noticed he has a tobacco shave soap listed. Hmmm. Wonder if it smells like Alt Innsbruck a/s splash? Would someone like to share their experience with it? Thank you.

I don't have any experience with this soap, but what about asking Charles? He should be able to give you a pretty accurate scent profile.

I have it, Todd. It's far earthier and more complex than Alt. There's a definite vetiver note. That said, I very much enjoy it, and have no problem pairing it with Alt, though the two are far from identical.

I have it and I like it! There was a thread (or two) discussing how the scent of QED Tobacco is identical or very close to QED Vetiver. I don't have the Vetiver, so I cannot comment.

Alt Innsbruck and QED Tobacco do not really smell similar, but they would work together.

Ah, thank you Jeremy. I don't know. Vetyver is a crap shoot for me. Overdone it can be overwhelming. I was really hoping for a straight tobacco EO scent. I've emailed Charles and await his response.

I have both QED's Tobacco and Vetiver and to me they are the same. I love Vetiver.
If you like a Tobacco scent go for SRD Opus and some roman number or Mytime Tobacco Flower
