What's new

has anyone ever seen a vintage ever ready brush that was 50 dollars new?

on the instruction sheet for my ever ready 1912 there is an add for a brush from .50-50.00 dollars. if you have one of the 50.00 or even 30, could you post pictures of it? i would really like to see how nice a 50 dollar brush from back in the day would look. i have posted pics of the add.

I think that some models had the bottom half made of either ivory or bone so those were most likely the high ticket brushes back then.

Maybe that's the guarantee? You pay 50 cents, if it breaks they'll give you $50?

if that were the case they would go out of business because people would just buy one for 50c and make a big profit. i cant wait for someone to post a picture of a 50 dollar brush.
