Handle combos'

Just been reading the post about the Fatip and Webber handle combo. Not the same league I know, but tomorow I'm going with (now dont laugh) my new Merkur 41C head on the stainless Steel LUX (Tech clone) handle. Same weight but a better grip.

Anyone else got a great, mediocore or just damn right crapola combo?

Back before there were so many other options, the LUX was popular for just this sort of thing. The Durham Duplex handle had a good reputation too.

I find the Mühle R89 handle works well with a wide variety of heads. Most frequently I attach it to the head from a NEW, short-bolt NEW Deluxe, or Probak.
