Got My C&S 88

Just got in my C&S 88 Shave soap and Cologne.. Great scent.

how are you guys planning on using the shave soap.. It is small. Wondering if anyone who has used the travel size recommend a bowl? I was think a Tiramisu bowl, but that might require a small brush to lather

thoughts?

I suppose you can't melt it, but as long as you moisten the bottom and stick in in any bowl, that should do the trick?

if anyone doesn't like their 88, PM me, i'm into seeing what the smelly roses are all about :)

Good idea.. i'll try that.. BTW, it smells great.

You may want to take some measurements of the soap and then compare it to the dimensions of the small wooden bowls for sale at The Gentleman's Quarter. She has a small size meant for her 1oz. trial sized soaps. Maybe worth a look?

You could always use a size 8 Plisson brush:tongue_sm

If you wet it and just put it on a saucer overnight- it should stick ok.

Are these small wooden bowls on their website? I can't seem to find them.

I don't have one of these, but am wondering if it is too small to grate into a bowl so you could spread it across the larger surface in the bottom of a standard size soap bowl?
