Gillette Aristocrats made in 1973?

I use a Gillette Aristocrat for my daily shaver. I have always wanted to pick up a Gillette adjustable one day though. Then I saw that there are Aristocrat adjustables and that basically became my dream razor that I must own one day.

Recently though I have become interested in getting a 'birth year' razor... I was born in November of 1973. Does anyone know if Gillette was making Aristocrat adjustables in 1973? Or had they stopped production by then? I'd feel silly to begin obsessing and searching for something that doesn't exist....

Thanks in advance for anyone who knows and can share the knowledge!

P.S. Ulterior motive... my birthday is coming up and want to make sure I have a good wish list for the wife to work with!

Thanks for the birthday cheer! Bummer that I missed the Aristocrat by 5 years. Good to see I have other options though. I searched Ebay and found a couple black handled adjustable that the sellers listed with the 1973 date in the title, so that was easy! Now, to make a little wish list for the wifey...
