Getting ready to smoke my first Beef Brisket

That teally is a great smoke ring. Some sources say a smoke ring does not make any difference in taste, etc., but I sure I like the "presentation" and you got a much better smoke ring than I did!

Part 2 of this brisket is going on the smoker tomorrow. It's the thinner top cap piece and is almost thawed in the fridge.

I hope it turns out as well as the first part.
