Poor guy and that's an awful way to go.
It was very, very tempting to vote for him when he ran for Governor of California. Maybe the state would be in better shape if he had been elected.

Depends on one's religious point of view. I hope his soul is at peace with God.
It's a shame when anyone goes so young, and especially when they had so many problems, health and otherwise, while alive. His movie cameos were very funny, and he did a little voice work for video games and always sounded like he was having a great time. ("Kenny Falmouth" in Monkey Island 3 always makes me laugh.) Rest in peace.
This is another one of those stories that make me feel very, very old.
