I want to participate, but for a resident of Russia it seems impossible because of the complicated and expensive delivery.

Yes, unfortunately at this time I don’t think mailing into Russia is doable.

All things considered, likely mission impossible to direct ship into Russia from the USA. Indirect to a friend in the UAE or a similar area where you might have a friend is doable as I doubt a country like the UAE is as difficult in terms of general mail and limited 'trade'.

I wanted a flashlight that can't ship to the USA due to a PATENT TROLL that expires in 2 years so, I had a friend in Canada receive it and then ship it on to me in Texas.

Not overly complicated for the sender if the receiver has an intermediate delivery address. YMMV
