FREE Cremo Cream

the other day while out w/swmbo we went by cvs pharm to get some things and what did i find?a new (to me)cream called cremo.it had a refund sticker on it for the full purchase price,so i said why not try it.it a nice clean smell with a good lather.i didnt use as directed but put a brush to it and it worked fine.has anyone tried oit yet?

I guess I'll have to snag a tube of this stuff. It's apparently a brushless cream with a citrusy scent that some compare to Fast Orange-type industrial hand cleaner, and it's really slick and highly-regarded around here.

It's hard to beat a free product.

FYI -- some months ago, I got Cremo Cream at CVS, completed the paperwork and got my refund. Not only did they send me a check, the company also sent me several additional free Cremo coupons for me to share with others. Friends and family were thus encouraged by me to try the product. FWIW, I like the fragrance. Used alone, I found the product reasonably effective, but not exciting. I really do like it as part of a superlather or uberlather.

I saw the same thing at Walgreens, free after mail in, but I was in Walmart a few days later and saw the same thing except it only had a .75 cent off instant coupon. I was tempted to get it at Walgreens but didn't. Looks like I'll have to turn around and get some tomorrow.

JRL- How long did it take to get your rebate?

One of these days I'll not be so impulsive maybe. Was at a Walgreens a few days ago and saw that they quit stocking single edge blades, looked around for a bit but saw nothing else different.

Now I have just arrived back from Walmart with a tube of Cremo Cream with a $0.75 instant coupon - which I forgot to use!

Arrrrrggghhhh!

Picked up a tube with the rebate late last night. I like the citrusy scent. Pretty intense and more orange than lemon. I squeezed a little out and it seems very close to a Varvatos brushless cream I got at TJ Maxx. Gave it to my son who likes a quick brushless cream or gel on school days.

I didn't track it exactly, but it seemed like 3 or 4 weeks.

Great thanks for the info. Just picked up a tube today with the rebate. Very citrus-y. But clean too. I think my wife will like the smell. Probably let her have it and use it. I might use it every once in a while. But I like it.

I've used Cremo before, usually when I'm a bit rushed and don't have time to do a brush shave. It works good, and all and all leaves you with a pretty good shave.

I can't seem to find this stuff. I have been to Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart. Is it in the regular, pitiful shaving section or somewhere special?

I have used all of their products and they all work well. The cremo is a good medium for a super lather or you can slather it on your face and shave as is...i prefer the former since i use a brush. Their face wash is nice too since it doesn't have detergents in itso it doesn't strip your oils out of your pores, and the ASB is not drying, though it's too thick for my taste. I spoke to the owner of the Company, Kyle Schroeder, and he sent a whole gift collection for the Wounded Warrior Project, which was completely unsolicited. The products are usually in the same place as the womens shaving goods (at least that's where it is in my CVS)., as they make a Pink version with Coconut Scent and a Red Version with Orange Creme scent.

I still prefer soaps and creams, but in a pinch or when camping this stuff is great...a capful of water and a pea sized amount will provide enough cushion and slickness for three passes with touchups with a new Feather Blade.

Try it out and see.

I picked up a tune at CVS and got the rebate in ~a month. Nice scent. I keep it in the shower and use it brushless when I'm in a hurry. Good substitute for canned when you don't have much time...
