Found a Gold Rocket today

[Sled Dog]

Stumbled upon a small antique store today...they didnt have much for shaving stuff but I did score a well used 40's gold Rocket and a couple of brushes for $10 total

Lots of old soap scum on the outside..

and the inside

Cleaned up pretty good although it does have its share of plating loss

Still a good working razor and you dont see the gold ones too often...it will be a good user

Actually neither Calgary or Edmonton....I have better luck in the small towns that have an antique, collectible or second hand store
