I am not sure if anyone knew or not, but I just ran into a barbershop that does shaves. It is called Abe's Barber Shop, it is in WEM, right below the entrance to the Palace Casino. They charge $22 for a shave. Unfortunately I shaved this morning before coming up to the city, so I cannot say how they are, but I did ask and they said they used straights.
