I am not talking about a regular Ginge, as shown in Waits Compendium. I am talking about this curious little guy with tapered safety bars.
He doesn't look terribly mean with a blade loaded, and I had feared a less than spectacular or even awkward shave. I found it to be quite capable, and got a nice smooth, almost entirely trouble free shave with a twice-used gillette platinum. The solitary complaint I have about it: It is hard to judge exactly where the blade is while watching yourself in the mirror. Those uneven bars throw you off. While taking a pass at my moustache hairs, I took a chunk out of my left nostril.
