First Restored Brush

Evening Gents/ladies.

A little while ago i posted my Gillette brush. It had a boar knot but it was just too small for my liking.







I ordered a 20mm Finest knot from TGN and it fit perfectly

Note: Damn the epoxy stunk!!

Tried it today. Knot was perfect. Pretty soft and had great backbone.

I think it looks great, but whether or not you know it you have been infected with a chronic, non-curable disease.The incubation period may be from a few minutes to a few weeks, months, or possibly years. One day you will know that the knot, handle, or both are not "perfect" and you will continue your search to find and restore another brush to perfection. You have a better chance of finding the Holy Grail than the "perfect brush"

I think I have caught that disease too. Unlike a martini, (one is not enough and three is too many) three is not nearly enough.
