OK, I didn't shave all week waiting for my order in the mail. I ordered from shoeboxshaveshop.com and my order came with 4 free samples too. Pretty cool.
OK, I bought a Tabac for a guy at work, two MWF, a Speick shave stick and a Speick bath bar.
The look and feel of the MWF bar reminded of what grandma's homemade soap looked and felt. Since I hadn't shaved for one week, I had quite the burly mess going. MWF definitely lathers differently than Tabac, (my favorite so far), but no doubt gave a nice shave. I face lather and took my time to get a good lather. When I got done shaving, my face was so smooth and almost felt like I had lotion on. Scent was neutral and clean. The bar is dense and will last forever. Kind of like an ever lasting gob stopper. Know what I mean?
Then I showered and used my Speick bath bar. It smells unique and awesome, to me. And well, the wife, well, it's too bad the kids were present. She loves it. Her look meant, (use that stuff again and you know what!)
I'm waiting to use my Speick shave stick.
All in all, great products. But right now if someone put a gun to head and made me choose a shave soap, it'd be Tabac. The smell and the cushion and slipperness is hard to top in my opinion. We'll see what Speick shave stick offers next week.
Damn, they should teach this stuff in personal health class in high school. There would be a lot better smelling people out there.
