First impressions of KMF Lavender

Picked this up from my local grocery store here in suburban MD. I like the pump bottle form factor. Makes for easy use. The instructions don't say anything about a brush nor do they say anything about how much to use. I used one pump in my bowl and a Tweezerman badger brush. It lathered up very quickly. The lather was very thick and creamy and I love the scent. Lathered up my face. Seems like a good cushion. The razor glided over it with no trouble. Got a nice 2 pass shave with no nicks/cuts. It doesn't have the tingle of my CO Bigelow, but at $7, this may still be a keeper.

Uhg... i hated the smell of KMF lavender. I don't even know why. I'm usually fine with florals. The KMF products are pretty great latherers though, and the combo of price, efficacy, and the fact that most people can get them locally makes their creams an awesome choice.

still new and my only two cremes are Proraso and KMF lavender.

KMF has been great. half a pump on the ends of the brush let me lather enough for my usual three pass shave with plenty left over. feels slicker than Proraso, but i seem to get better shaves with Proraso (again, newbie). neutral on the scent, not bad but could take it or leave it. does smell more naturally lavender than many hand soaps/cremes.

i have the kiss my face lime. it smells and works great. the only thing that stinks about the kiss my face product is that no one carries the entire line. there's like 4 or 5 scents and most places have 3 at the most so you kind of have to hunt for the one you want.

There site has 7! The Whole Foods market in Salt Lake City had quite a few when I last went. I think they had all but the Mint. I could be wrong though, as it was a couple months back.

let me list them here so we can refer back to this later:

1. fragrance free
2. lime
3. lavender
4. mint
5. patchouli
6. peach
7. vanillia

woah that is a lot! i've never seen the vanillia. this gives me an excuse to go to whole foods wegmans and the vitamin shoppe more often.

I've been wanting to try KMF but haven't come across it in a store yet. I work very close to you. Do you mind if I ask which local grocery you picked it up in and did they have the other flavors :001_smile (scents)?

Thanks!

I got the patchouli in a trade. The later is amazing, and the scent lasts, which could be a good or bad thing.

I've used the mint and the lavender. Love the scent and lather on both! I gave the Lavender to my wife because it was irritating my skin. I won't be getting more soon because I just got three tubs or Omega cream/soap, 3 pucks of Col. Conk Lime, and some Tabac on the way. I'm set for awhile. I also have a large unused tube of CO Bigelow left after I finish the one I'm using. I will try the KMF Lime someday though. KMF is very good stuff!

I have KMF mint and I put about half a pump onto my VDH puck and it makes nothing but....AWESOMENESS. =]

I have a NIB puck of Old Spice but the scent is long gone, so enter a pump of KMF Patchouli &
... oh yeah, thats what I am talking about, you get the picture

KMF is my absolute favorite of all the creams or soaps. I found out it works best if you use a good amount of the cream AND you add enough water to make it light and airy. Once you reach the perfect mixture the blade will literally glide over your face. This stuff really is the bees kness of the shaving world!
