Firm Soap Options for a New Batch of Shave Sticks. Any Recomendations???

Update: The samples have been drying for about 5 weeks. Here were their starting weights

Arkadia: 33g (same)
Agar: 27g (same)
Sharp Dressed Man: 28g
Haverford: 31g (same)

Here are their current weights:

Arkadia: 30g (3g or 10% reduction)
Agar: 24g (3g or 11% reduction)
Sharp Dressed Man: 25g (3g or 11% reduction)
Haverford: 28g (3g or 11% reduction)

If you'll recall, the Sharp Dressed Man was flattened with a rolling pin onto wax paper, and hung to dry on a clothes hanger. Surprisingly, it lost about the same amount of weight that the other ones did. It took a while, and some very cool dry weather, but I would say that the experiment was a success!

The whole point of this exercise was to make the soaps firm enough to use as a shave stick. I invented a spring loaded tool that measures soap firmness called a dovometer for gauge the improvement. The Sharp Dressed Man was too low to even take a reading. Here were their original readings:

Haverford: 4 mm
AGAR: 2mm
Arcadia: 1 mm

Here are the current readings:

Sharp Dressed Man: 2mm
Haverford: 5 mm (25% improvement)
AGAR: 4 mm (100% improvement)
Arcadia: 2 mm (100 improvement)

For my purposes, a dovometer reading of 4 or above is what I'm looking for out of a shave stick, so I'll leave the SDM and Arcadia out to dry for a few more weeks, and start shaving with the Haverford and Agar! :)
