Beautiful part of the country, love the wineries too. Friendly, welcoming people up there as well, very accomodating to tourists. One of the absolute best vacations I ever took was to the finger lakes / niagara region. I need to go back some time.
I agree, my Aunt has a house on Owasgo and I've been up there almost every summer since I was born. It is one of the most beautiful places in the country. Always gotta go to Dougs fish fry in Skaneateles!
