Stumbled upon a review on Amazon for a $60 Parker 100% Silvertip with a chrome handle which was described in the above terms and it struck me that there must be a lot more underrated products out there that some people know about but others don't. So how about sharing the joy of your number one pick best underrated shaving product? Having just used a humble Palmolive Shave Stick for the first time again in ages, that's my starter. I think the Tweezerman Badger Brush is quite underrated, although it's also very well regarded in the B&B community. It's an excellent brush for ~$15.
Williams Mug soap is a very nice and very cheap product.
Aqua Velva, particularly Ice Blue. Excellent splash.
Palmolive soap or cream, Nivea aftershave balm.
Proraso AS/Balm/Pre-Shave/Soap/Cream
SaintCharlesShave products. Underrated, underpriced and superior to most shave products.
Indian Old Spice, though again it's well thought of.
Arko shave sticks, Vi-Jon Spice aftershave, Masters Bay Rum A/S, and the oft overlooked, dime-a-dozen Tech razor.
