Favorite Moisturizer or Lotion?

Looking to find a good one. I bought an Injector and I'm getting really close shaves with it, but the shaves are so close I really need some extra moisturizing to replenish.

Well gents, what's any good?

I have dry, very sensitive skin, so I have experience in this. Of just the common lotions available everywhere Curel Ultra Healing, and Gold Bond Ultimate Healing are really nice. They're two of my most used.

Also Aveeno products are nice, but I don't use them much. I do use Oatmeal soap often, but I use an organic or natural if I can.

But if you're looking for some nice lotion, Eucerin all the way.

Well I think the best aftershave balm that really moisturizes is Nivea Sensitive, amazing stuff.

Then for just regular everyday stuff I use Cetaphil, the store brand version of it, for the face.

In the morning I like to use Olay Complete for Sensitive Skin. It has SPF in it, which is nice for the day. At night I like to use Cetaphil's moisturizer. It's a little heavier, but it takes care of dryness very well.

I tried Neutrogena for Sensitive Skin for a while. It was alright; I was still left with flakiness usually.

Good luck!

Suave's Cocoa Butter and Shea. Goes on very smooth. It also has a slight warming sensation and smells great! Oh and the ladies like the smell :tongue_sm!

After using Nivea (the genuine from the blue tin) for years, I tried the products from L'Oreal for men. They work better than Nivea for me.

I use Nivea cooling balm for the shave.

For my hands, I use Vaseline Total Moisture. It's non-greasy, I can apply it while driving and not lose any grip on the wheel.

I use alcohol splash followed by moisturizer.

I moisturize my whole body after every shower.

I've gone thru every product and learned they're all more the same than different and price means nothing when it comes to quality.

Consequently I go with Vaseline's Intensive Rescue Moisture Lock in Unfragranced form.

It's very inexpensive and it's thick - so i water it down. Best mileage you can get and it doesn't interfere with your EdTs, etc.

+1

Nivea is great and it's fairly inexpensive too.

Citaphil is very mild as well and works great too.

I agree that Nivea makes quality post shave balms, but I did not like the Cetaphil lotion for face. It did not absorb well.

After shaving and applying toner, I like to apply some Jason 98% aloe vera moisturizing gel to my face and once its soaked into my skin (2-3 minutes), I apply Kiehl's Facial Fuel moisturizer. The aloe gel is amazing and only $7 for a large 16oz bottle at Vitacost. They also sell Lucky Tiger products for much cheaper than other stores.

for other then face I like Aveeno daily it seems to last pretty good while a lot of the other particularly cheaper moisturizers dry out much quicker, plus there is no scent so I don't have to worry about that

for face in winter I need to use a balm after shave as my face now gets real dry in the winter, where as in summer I use the alcohol based splashes I like AOS Sandalwood a/s balm and use more Trumpers skin food in winter as well
