F.w. Backhaus the ideal razor any info?

I have a chance to pick up a nice 6/8 F W Backhaus Solingen razor for $52.00 on ebay. The blade has a nice gold etching that says "The Ideal Razor. It has what looks to be bone or celluloid white covers on the tang and is in great shape. The blade looks untouched.. Does anyone know of this maker?? I have attached pics I hope..thanks

From the photos on my phone, I wouldn't hesitate to pick that up for $52.
