Just got this recently and when I went to shave this morning, I discovered this:
Check the plating on the upper right corner on the head. Tried a few common methods thinking water stain. At this point I'm thinking plating issue as the area is rough to the touch.
Just wondering, the only email I can find on EJ's UK website is for marketing. I have seen recent threads where guys were really pleased with their service, I'm just wondering if there is a customer service email link?
