Ebay super speed picture Fraud?

I just bought a 1966 super speed from a seller on Ebay.

I now see two new listings on ebay with the EXACT same pictures!!!!!
making it worse, the new listings aren't correct, one is listed as 1979!

Here are the two new listings with the exact same pictures as the 1966 I just bought (have not received yet)

I smell something dirty going on here......

It's the exact same pictures as the '66 I just bought, place on a '60 and a '79 listing.

I thought I was bidding on the razor in the picture, until I saw these two new listings pop up with the same pictures!

It may not be fraud, but just ignorance... I bought a Flair tip HD from a particular seller once, then a month or so later saw the seller had another one and jumped on it - and only after I paid did I notice that the pics were identical and in fact the same. So I contacted the seller and she said she figured since the razors were the same she could post the same pics  She sent me proper pics and well turned out razor number 2 was just a flair tip superspeed and I promptly got a refund... Some sellers just don't know any better.

This needs to be brought to the sellers attention and will hopefully be fixed, if not then an eBay report is in order.

Many sellers copy previous sales and just change text and pictures. I have noticed pictures that didn't match text in the past and notified the seller. In every case it was an honest mistake and they updated the pictures with the correct images.

Not uncommon for a Seller to use a "stock" photo of an item (type) in an ad on eBay, not right in some cases (particularly vintage items and items on which condition can vary, and on which changes occur with model years, like razors). But I don't think you'll have any issues with the Seller. 1286 Feedback score with 100% positive is not an easy thing to attain. You don't get there by pissing off buyers.

If you end up dissatisfied in any way when your piece arrives, contact them and let them know. I am nearly certain they'll do anything in their power to make you a happy customer (a polite note pointing out that the razor in the ad is the same for all three, and that one from the 70's looks nothing like the one pictured may be in order).

New Items are acceptable with stock photos, if the stock photo is announced.

Anything "used" should be the actual photo. It is particularly misleading if they use the same candid shots (that appear to be of the actual item and are portrayed as such) for more than one sale.

I notified the seller about the issue...and hopefully I get what I paid for!

I have seen one seller use the same close-up photo of a TTO cap on at least 50 different razors over a 3 or 4 month period. For this reason alone I never bought one of their razors. I also haven't seen this seller on ebay in a couple months, at least not selling razors. I don't know about anything else.

Are the photos being used by the same seller? If so then it's more a matter of laziness. If not then I would alert eBay to the fraud.

I won a Fat Boy on the Bay and the seller sent a Slim. Swore it was the same razor, but I made them take it back.
