So I picked up a couple of Fat Handled Tech's on the bay. A gold one and a nickel one. Had a delivery problem, finally got them today. Seller had a 100% rating, but when I asked him to check on the package from his end, complete radio silence. Definitely gonna ding that seller rating. I even had someone send him a question under their ebay login, and he answered that right away. Seems he likes to talk to sell, but not when there may be a problem.

That is not how you should do business in my opinion. He must not care about his rating or repeat business.

I would give him a chance to explain before you ruin his perfect rating. Sometimes a reputable vendor has personal problems, is out of town, etc. I have a 100% buyer rating and have negotiated retractions and other things to keep that rating.
