Do you keep backups of creams, soaps, etc.? If so, how many?

If the particular soap or cream was out of production, that's a different story all together.

Ummm.... Maybe.... 
I'm still trying new things, so there is no point in picking up more than one....yet. If it counts I do have a T&F 1805 cream in my den and one at my girlfriends that I use on weekends, but I dont think that counts since I dont really have access to both at once.

Only Proraso...can't go out of that!
The only backups I've invested in are of the original Erasmic sticks. This was done back when the refomulation to non-tallow got around. But, now they're back to the original tallowy goodness.

Twenty odd pucks of Williams. About two dozen VdH, because I could get it in 12 packs on Amazon. Three tubes of Bigelow/Proraso. Two each Palmolive and Arko shave sticks. And I think I have another tube of Musgo.
Other than that, no backups.

Nope - I'm still in the "I must try everything once" phase. And will be for quite some time!
I do. I don't use any soaps or creams that I can source locally, so when I order online I'll order 2 or 3 at once to save on shipping later.
When its something of short supply that I like I tend to stock up

However, C.O. Bigelow was on sale so I stocked up!
I consider my entire rotation to be a backup, since I have so many different things I can use in case I run out of something. Not that I'm going to run out of anything anytime soon.
But the things I do have stockpiled (all new and untouched) are:
2 pucks of L'Occitane Cade.
5 bottles of Bigelow's #1200 ASB.
3 tubes of C&E Sweet Almond Oil cream.
2 pucks of C&E Sweet Almond Oil soap.
1 carton of Feather blades (250 count.)
1 big tube of Bigelow Proraso.
1 Tabac Luxury Bath Soap.
1 stick of Irisch Moos
2 sticks of LaToja
1 tube of LaToja cream.
1 stick of Arko.
1 stick of Erasmic.
But the things I do have stockpiled (all new and untouched) are:

Should we start a thread about who has a shave den at their girlfriend's place? That'd put the underwear drawer to shame!
Proraso and Bigelow. I've been giving away the stuff I get on sale, but I still have these two tubes under the sink.
Don't really want to clutter my shave den with doubles... I like to try everything at least once!
Still new and plenty out there to try... but, I do buy multiples when on sale and I can get a good deal...
...like buying extra to fill out an order to get free shipping (rather buy and extra $18 of product and get free shipping then pay $14 just for shipping alone). or
...even though I never tried it, I bought multiple tubes of CO Bigelow just to get the Buy One, Get One Free and minimum to use the free shipping or $10 off coupons
...also a sucker for buying multiple razors from other members on B/S/T when there a discount for buying more than one (you know, the take $2 each additional razor or I can ship upt to 4 in one box, so no additional shipping).
I still haven't gone through one whole specific tube/stick/puck yet to go to a second one

When I find a good soap I'll buy a spare. Not that I ever need them, being how I skip around so much...
