I received @Captain Pre-Capsize amazingly generous gift and was able to use all of the products together today for my Sunday shave. I simply cannot express how wonderful every product performed. I have never used any of them before today, but each of them are top shelf and will be continuously used by me.
I plan to provide more detail in the shave of the day/week thread, but I highly recommend trying any of Captain's Choice products. The new ceramic bowl is especially outstanding. I was able to quickly and easily produce excellent lather using the soap sample. I also love its size and how it is built. The shape of the bowl keeps lather inside despite it not being a large or tall bowl. The height was actual perfect for me and prevented the brush from hitting the sides of the bowl. If you are considering a new bowl, you need to strongly consider Captain Choice's new classic lather bowl. You will not be disappointed.
