I was looking into making a couple of matched sets; razor,brush and stand. However when I go to The Golden Nib or Penn State Industries they only have safety bar and I prefer to have open comb. Does anyone know where I can purchase open comb heads?

You could buy relatively cheap open-comb razors and reuse their heads. The Merkur 41c (1904) might be a good candidate, or maybe one of the various Cadets.
Or you could replate vintage heads, like Cooncat Bob used to do.

I have a box full of heads that I use on custom handles.
