DE Cases?

So, I have an extremely small space allocated in my small bathroom for all of my grooming sundries. No real room for a stand, so I want a case to put the razor in.

I have a Merkur 23c that came in a paper box. I would like something a bit more waterproof. Say a plastic case. But looking at the many shaving vendors online, it doesn't look like there are many of these available. Lots of leather cases, which doesn't strike me as all that waterproof either.

Does anyone know of a simple case to put my razor in? Or if the 23c will fit in a vintage case?

If you have more than one DE (and if you don't you will soon if you stick around here)

You can take an empty cigar box and put in some closed cell foam and cut it out to fit your razors..

Just keep that in a drawer or in another room and you can carry it into your shave den then select which one of your "shave toys" you will use that day

A good idea! I do have a thing for cigar boxes.

And thanks Ommac for the tip! They do have cases, but they don't fit my long handled 23c.

In Portland you should have access to a bunch of backpacking/sailing/canoeing stores, and therefore to lots of waterproof containers. You might have to make a cradle of some sort to hold the razor firmly

I use a "travel" plastic soap box from Wallyworld, costs about a buck.
