Well things are going well, no major cuts our issues...only issue I an having is on my neck. I have very sensitive skin starting about 1/2" below my jaw bone line all the way down. I had issues with cartridge razors too. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue, and I'm sure it will get better with time. Does anyone have any suggestions to maybe make it less irritating? I'm using an EJ89811 with a Gillette green, trying different creams. Showered before 2 of the 3 shaves. Thanks

Practice and patience will pay off in better and better shaves. Remember to use minimal pressure and be aware of your blade angle. Good luck.
I'm sensitive in that area too. Just make sure to get a good lather on there, and I probably would suggest not going against the grain, at least not for now.
+1 My neck area was always my trouble area. Keep practicing and maybe try some different blades. I recommend Gillette 7:00 (black & blue) and Personna Labs
