I've only have a few smokes this past half a year or so. The past few weeks at work have been long hard days, and the past few evenings have been beautiful outside. So, I figured I'd relax outside with a smoke this evening.
Sunday night had an Ava Maria out under the stars. Glad I did. It's rained everyday since. No pic. Just a perfecto with the oversized band we've all seen.

Had these two cigars over the past two days.
The first is a handmade stick from Rosario Cigars that is expresso flavored. A very nice smoke. Next time I am in the Bronx I hope to try their Expresso Cafe 100% cigar for comparison.
And the second is an A.J. Fernandez Last Call. This one was the stronger of the two but its smaller size made for a pleasant and not overwhelming smoke. Still a bit strong for my tastes though, and if I had to choose between the two I would pick up the Rosario cigar again.

Heat warnings in effect. We really don't like much heat in Canada. Pretty dang mild most likely for guys in Texas etc.
Dang mosquitos . . . Consumer Reports pretty much says the best you can do is get a fan to blow away the bugs . . . (I will do bug juice but I hate the feel of it)

First inch I didn't think I'd like it but after that I get some great flavors. Still a lot of cigar to go.

Diesel Unholy Cocktail. I forget how great these are.
Ive enjoyed all the diesel sticks I have had. That beer though is an absolute favorite of mine!
I'm minutes from the brewery. Their taproom closed for covid and hasn't reopened yet. But there are some great craft beers in the area and my favorite is literally a block away and I've paid for the VIP admission there.
If I recall it is the Peruvian Gold. I really enjoyed it.
