One of my imperfectos, this time in a Nicaragua grown CT Shade wrapper. I will roll a few more Sunday. Binder is Sumatra, filler is Dominican Piloto Cubano and a bit of Dominican Viso. I am getting great burns from my rolls these days.

The humidor is starting to fill up, now that I am rolling them faster than I am smoking them.

Last night's smoke and tipple, cigar rolled yesterday morning. All Ecuadorian Viso, including the wrapper and binder which came from the same lot of filler leaves. Exceptional flavor. Absinthe was a surprisingly decent pairing, inspired by old paintings and illustrations of pre-ban Absinthe drinking in European cafes, often accompanied by a cigar. I left the absinthe fountain inside, in the interest of matrimonial peace, and took my absinthe primitive style, with an ice ball and Topo Chico. Smoked this guy down to a hobo finish. Very rich but no harsh notes at all, and I just couldn't put it down.
