So my loving girlfriend got me a gift certificate to a barber shop here in Ri, and I decided to use it to stock up on some supplies. I bagged a T&H sandalwood cream and a Merkur 1904. Paired with a feather, I got one spankin' smooth shave! Wow was it comfortable too! I wasn't expecting to get the razor, but for $24, I figured it was worth the whim. Can't wait to shave again tomorrow!

OC? OC 1904 on the whole is probably the best razor they make if you take cost into play.

My wife thinks I'm nuts...
Mine just rolls her eyes and says "No More!" I've tried to talk her into using one herself, even lathered up her legs, but she things it takes too long to make lather and she is afraid of the DE.
That's how it starts. They come around gradually. At least mine did and now wants to shave her legs with my DE razor!
