Has anyone ever found this? I loaded an injector blade from a new pack of Chinese Schicks in my E Schick Injector and it was a dud blade. It was very dull and it shaved very badly - it seemed like part of it was dull and it pulled horribly. After one or two strokes, I switched to another razor. Afterward, I reloaded the razor from the same pack and the next day's shave was fine.

Maybe they try one every now and then for quality control and accidentally put it back...

I've only used the two blades - the dud and the good one. I think it happened once before in another pack of Chinese Schicks.

Schick happens...
I've noticed this before. Chinese Schicks are good as a backup, I usually use NOS blades most of the time.
Sounds like you injected the first blade into an empty razor. When you do that (even if you're very careful) the blade edge tends to drag across the "feet" that hold the blade in the razor.
