Just came back from a trip from West Palm Beach, Florida. There is a Casswell Massey store in City Place and they have a nice section of DE razors, Mach3 type handles, brushes, soaps, creams and aftershaves if anyone is going to be in that area.

I have not been to that store but the last time I was in the area, The Breakers in Palm Beach carried Aqui di Parma products in their gift shop.
I have heard rumors that the store will be closing by the end of the year.

That sucks, I can see that though. The rents in City Place must be insane.
i'm pretty sure neiman marcus in the boca mall also carries these products.
Not only the rents - but the lack of business. Caswell-Massey seems to have a problem attracting female business, which is what most of these stores need to survive.

I love City Place but it seems people arent really spending any money down there other than food and drink. Half of those condos are empty.
there are no jobs. most of the south florida economy is tied to development (other than tourism). no developement = no jobs; no discretionary income.

I was looking at some condos down there in City Place. Most are empty now. I was down there in 2006 and the prices were too high, now mostly short sales or lowered drastically from what they were listed 4 years ago. Some people were buying those condos up for cheap and trying to flip them but now stuck with them.
