Yesterday was a succes! Best lather yet with this soap. I put some water on the puck, loaded for a longer period with some more pressure on the brush and I had enough for a 3-pass shave! I think I even could squeeze out a 4th shave if I wanted too.

Thanks everyone for the tips! I'm off now to fine tune the use of my other soaps. I already found out that every soap has its own sweet spot.

I have the Nomad, not Sienna, but the brush I use makes a big difference. I had a terrible time getting a good lather with a pure badger brush, but my Semogue boar brush works much better. A little water on the puck helps (not a big deal if you use it everyday for a while).
