Buying A Case of Personna Blades

Hello,

Just curious. Has anyone tried to buy a case of personna reds directly from the factory. With all the fear of the shavepocalypse going around, I bet someone has tried to pull this off before. Curious to hear results. Obviously I have no idea how the sales world works...

First off the Factory is in Israel so the freight would probably be cost prohibitive, and secondly, I highly doubt they would even sell them to a "retail" customer. I was in the retail business for 30+ years and if one of my vendors started selling direct to the public, it would be the last time I did business with him!

The Persona IP Reds happens to be one of my favorite blades (Gillette Yellows are the other) and I just purchased and received a 100 ct. package from WCS. This was about two weeks ago, and hopefully he will still have some in stock. If they are out of stock, he'll probably have them back in short order, or you can try the Gillette 7 O'clock Yellows which are as good (might be a tiny drop better) as the IP Reds. The Yellows are a bit more expensive, but it will give you an incredible shave just like the Reds.

Hmm I guess i meant buying from their distribution center in the US...which may or may not exist. I guess it would probably make more sense to buy from a seller.

You would probably need a tax id for doing business to buy direct from most distributors and have at least a DBA account setup depending on the state requirements. I use to help a friend out who did this for electronics when he was starting his own business. Without some documentation stating you are working as a business in some fashion most distribution centers will not deal with you.
