Bump on throat

I have a slightly red bump about 5mm above my adams apple. I don't have a sore throat or fever . It just feels tender/sore if I press on this.

Anyone have any ideas what it is? Its only been there for a few days. Maybe a pimple or ingrown hair?

probably a pimple or ingrown. dont shave over it for a few days and it should go away

I got a couple when I switched to more aggressive blades (feather). I would agree with advice not to shave over it until is goes away or it will turn much bigger and more painful, like it did for me!!!
