Brut from Brazil

Does anybody know where I can get a tube of Brut shaving cream? It has been reviewed on here in the past and shaveabuck used to carry it. Has anybody seen it anyplace else?

It seems that Brazil made shaving items are hard to find everywhere

I was looking for the Brazil made Gillette blades for a while. Had to give up as I could not find anyone who could get them for me

Procter and Gamble sells here GILLETTE SUPER AZUL blades (hard to find; I don't know if they are still being made or are NOS) and Wilkinson Sword blades.

I've found it in a pharmacy/beauty product store in São Paulo at R. Augusta, close Al. Itu, if I remember well... In fact they had two of the same stores close to each other at R. Augusta. Sorry, but I can't remember the name. Apparently you can also find it at Perfumeria São Bento on Rua São Bento, 351. (See this post.)

To the OP: My impressions on Brazilian creams are here. But, unlike edw, I got nice shaves from Gillette creams, so YMMV certainly applies. (And I had only two or three shaves with each... Also see my signature.) The Brut (sensitive) performed really well, but the scent really was not to my liking (and I like the usual Brut scent). It smelled like a cheap copy...

If I were going to Brazil any time soon, I would offer to try to bring you some, but unfortunately I won't...

When I lived in Brasil (SP, Rio, Parana), I would bring Proraso Green to use....was a friend favorite, especially during summer..still bring a bunch back whenever I visit. I never saw Brut..most stores had the same 2-3 products.

All my wet shaving products I import from others countries. The only shave products which I know is made in Brazil is a Brazilian Wilkerson Sword blades, Enox blades, Bozzano (not BoLzano) cream and Palmyndaya soap(?).

Wet shaving is dead here. It’s a hyper niche hobby . If I see Brut I’ll send you a DM.
