Brush size

I have been trying to figure out what the size is that posters are talking about when they are describing their brushes.

I was reading a thread re a scuttle and how it was too small for his 20mm brush.

Then I looked at some medium Edwin Jagger brushes and they listed sizes as:
Height = 99mm
Handle Height = 46mm
Handle Diameter = 33mm
Knot Size = 21mm

So, if I were to buy a scuttle for this brush, which would it be ?

At the risk of confusing the matter further, do you intend to make lather in the scuttle or elsewhere, and simply use the scuttle to keep the lather and brush warm? There are several scuttle designs out there, so if you have a particular one in mind, that will help us suggest which size would be the right one.
