What's new

Brad Maggard's work is superb

I was able to source this NOS 8/8 Friodur Henckels with worked spine and decided to dress it up in CF so I sent it to Brad. About four months :w00t: later this is the finished product :biggrin1:
Needless to say I am extremely pleased.

Looking good! Based on the maple leaf logo, I was hoping this would be another Canadian company.

He is very very good indeed. My favorite Maggard razor restore I ever saw was a huge Wm. Stenton with awesome black scales with inlay like pinning.

Very nice!! I don't have any exp. with Brad other than I bought a CVH MK7 that was honed by him...it had a wonderful edge on it!

They are nice to deal with. I just got a razor handle from them. Nice looking and the price was nice also. Good place to do business.

I might add that he and Cassie seem to be mighty fine folks as well.

Not long ago I dropped one of my favorite razors. I broke the vinatge scales. :(

I found Brad and his site and at first I was interested in having someone else do the re-scaling. But Brad talked me off the ledge and into trying it myself. After VERY fast shipping I received the new scales. I was a little "frightened" to try the work myself so I then CALLED Brad on a Saturday afternoon. He talked me right through the process and now my razor is back in rotation. VERY VERY fine folks!

Captain, you are correct, I got to go to their store a few weeks ago, when I bought my first ,and only DE so far, Brad did not try to sell me high-end equipment just the things to get me started. Very nice folks indeed!
