Hope you all don't mind me coming over to this side for a chat. I still love DE shaving and collecting very much, but I was out vintage shopping and I didn't see any DE's so I picked up a couple of straights.
One Salamander wedge (not the Fine type). The case is marked 'Zaliel Cutlery Works/Solingen Germany' and 'Zaliel Jassiano' ($26)

and another labeled Konrad Rossler/Galveston Tex. and on the other side it says "Reliable" ($16), it's hollow ground, I'm pretty sure.

Tangs are tight and in good shape and both have nice cases. Probably overpaid having no idea of what these things are worth.
Maybe someone can fill me in on these pieces. I've found some info on the Salamandar - fairly common straight I gather, but nothing on the Reliable.
