Blackland osprey...magic? My soul razor? Something else?

You should really keep an eye out on the BST as I've seen some great deals on Blackbirds, both SS and Ti lately at a pretty good discounted price!! SS for like $140 and Ti for around $250 and sometimes with the stand included... Those are substantially discounted!!

I look at BST two or three time a week, never seen an Osprey, think now that the mods have been made to design, people are buying, and keeping.

Would also guess few are sent back on 30 satisfaction thing.

My bad as I thought you were referring to the Blackbird but you were talking Osprey... I have only seen 1 Osprey in a BST since it was released and it wasn't here on B&B and if memory serves me I believe it was in Europe. I am aware of a few that were sent back to Shane for refunds but don't recall what he does with returns. I think he just disgards them and writes it off against the business.

Getting the osprey in polished form was the right way to go for me. I'm pretty sensitive to any kind of dragging sensations. So that was my only nitpick about the razor. The polished version is all of the smoothness of the machined but with no dragging whatsoever. Had a dreamy head and face shave today. The weird thing is I have flat lying hairs around my ears that always feel like they are "tearing" but this razor shaves them like any other hair. My mustache area is riddled with inflammation from my sebhorriec dermatitis. But this thing just cuts them, it doesn't even flinch. What voodoo spell was muttered over the cnc machines when these were made? A slant hypothetically should be better at cutting through growth and that has always been the case for me. But then this comes along and turns my conceptions of shaving upside down.

Also, right under my chin are two patches of stubborn face fungus that seem to always pull a little unless I get things just right. With the osprey I can just shave them like I'd imagine one normally would. Thing has made shaving auto pilot for me.
