BilliardKing's Prep/Shave Guide for FrozenFace Freaks (like me!

Okay, short of the lack of 444 aftershave balm, which isn't here yet, I think I have performed the ultimate "Frozen Face Freak's" shave tonight.

Don't you wish your shave was a freak like mine?

You do? Good. Here's what I did tonight, all of this with cold water.

  1. Put alum in freezer.
  2. Pre-shave wash With Neutrogena for Men "Invigorating Face Wash"
    • It's blue, it's in a tube, and it's glyceryn based and pretty chilly.
  3. Apply Proraso Green Pre/Post cream and let that soak in for a bit... Brr
  4. Lather up with Vostok, used a bit more product than usual. Dear God, my face is cold now.
  5. DE86 ("Goodbye" shave before it goes out tomorrow to a fellow B&Ber for a couple weeks in the contributor razor loan program) WTG, Relather, ATG
  6. Rinse with cold water very well.
  7. Take alum out of the freezer and apply to face.
  8. ANOTHER RINSE IN COLD WATER
  9. (in the future, 444 balm will go here)
  10. OSAGE! FEEL THE TINGLE!
  11. IT'S NOT ENOUGH, USE THE FRANKENJUICE

Enjoy a face that is numb from the sheer amount of cold for the next 10-20 minutes.

I like I said. I'm a Frozen Face Freak. :velva2:

vostok makes my eyes water and I've never tried Osage, but Blue Line is pretty darn impressive. If you are a true FFF, you would have:

Blue Line, Alcolado Glacial (penguin), and Kremlon in addition to Osage I would think.
