Big Fellow replate

I don't know if anyone remembers the Big Fellow with the fallen apart box on e-bay a few months ago but this is what it looks like now.
Stan of "Above The Tie" did the silver plate. I crazy glued the box joints and varnished the box. Here it is disassembled.
I wish I had taken some "before" pictures. The plate job makes it happen.

It's silver plating, it's got a different hew than chrome and nickel.

That's part of the case's latching setup IIRC.

In answer to Highplainsdrifter the spring is for the push button latch. a picture is worth a thousand words.
