I saw these at a local grocery store and was wondering if anyone here has used them before? They don't look very great to me but I could be wrong.

nice find. Which store did you find them in? I have not seen any pharmacies or grocery store chains here in Dallas carry them anymore. I would be intrigued to try those.
Probably made by Dorco. I don't think I've ever tried a Dorco SE blade.
Gotta be Dorco. I didn’t know they made GEM blades for shaving and not just utility. Cool!
There are only a couple of manufacturers of SE blades so I would happily buy a store brand if it was a good price.

Got it from a place called Cash Saver, not big. Usually it’s the smaller stores have the good weird or old finds like Williams Mug Soap, Burma Shave brushes, or SE blades.

I’ll shave with it soon and give an update when I can. Even if they suck the dispenser will be nice to have for my tool box!

I think I tried some store brand SE blades that I assumed were Dorco. I got them at K Mart. I remember them being pretty terrible for shaving.
I tried Carbon Steel blades from CVS back in the day. Worked fine but rusted so fast. CBS and Walgreens don't sell them anymore where I'm from.
Looks similar to these I found once. Mine said made in Vietnam so I thought they were Dorcos. I did not enjoy the first one I used and tossed the rest.

I finally tried one and they do “work”. Hair was removed but it definitely wasn’t great. Maybe they would be better I f I could strop one first, anyone have experience doing that?

I adopted hand stropping of all blade types (save loaded Schicks) some time ago. I recall feeling that the SE blades in particular seemed to smooth out by doing so. Can't hurt to try it. On a broader scope, have you tried a genuine GEM PTFE coated blade for comparison purposes?
The only Gem blade i use is Personna PTFE. A pack of 100 from @BullGoose is less than $35 and some guys report getting 10+ shaves out of a blade.
I completed shave #19 with one of those wonderful PFTE blades this morning.
I can’t come close to that. After 6-8 shaves, they get pretty rough ATG for me. I think I could get 15-20 just going WTG.
I notice the shave isn't the smoothest with the Clog Pruf but when paired with the Shield Predator is it very smooth.
