best aftersahve..what should I go for...

Sup fellas i am in need of a good aftershave...i currently shave with AOS(lavender)AND LOVE IT!!!...ive tried AOS AS unscented and its kind of oily...havent tried thee other because AOS only samples the unscented kind..And if you didnt know....the AOS AS are $40 each so I would hate to buy it and for it to be the same as the unscented (oily..I think its because of the Shea Butter...??)...so whats out their...???

I just picked up T&H Grafton and love it. It does have some alcohol I think to help close up the pores because it does leave a nice tingle when I use it , similar to Thayer's but it does moisturize very well. Kind of an oxy moron since alcohol dries quickly but no complaints here! If not , I can also attest to Castle Forbes Lavender , it truly is the best ASB I have ever used.

If you want to stay with lavender, try Saint Charles Shave lavender aftershave milk. SCS is a good place to look in general, as they sell a variety of good aftershave products at very reasonable prices.

If you like the Lavendar, get yourself some Castle Forbes, ASB. Wonderful stuff. A little goes a very long way. Very light. Absorbs very quickly.

Probably the best ASB that I own.

I also find the CF pre-shave to be very effective as well. Even though it's not intended as an ASB.

That one is scentless.

Speick! It's cheaper than most, has a refreshing and fleeting smell, and it knocks down any irritation better than anything else I've found. It's solid all-around, but the healing properties make it truly special.

I also really like Irisch Moos and DR Harris Arlington.

Also, I would get Aqua Velva Musk first, while you can still buy it in the glass bottles from the old inventory. It's cheap (like $5) and I love the scent. It also has a nice staying power.
