Do the mechanics of the 2nd and 3rd generation razors follow the patent claims of 812402 (spring inside handle) and 1030221 (spring inside the head)?
I'm asking as the claims are quite different, so a 3rd gen razor built by specs of patent 103221 shouldn't be covered by patent 812402.
