I ordered the bay rum sampler from Barclay Crocker, including the sample of their ASB. When I got my sampler (with a couple of other things I had ordered), I discovered immediately that it was missing the 1 oz jar of ASB, so I made a quick phone call. Three days later, I get an email that they had shipped me something. When I got it, I was pleased to see that it was actually a 2-oz ASB, as well as a hand-written note apologizing for the oversight.
A couple of days later, when I had a chance to look at th sampler vials closely, I noticed that there were two labelled the same but were obviously different, and one variety was missing. A quick email asking for clarification about the mislabeled ones was returned within 24 hours, with a note that they would send out a vial of the missing fragrance, as well.
I have never been more impressed with good customer service from an on-line vendor in my life. Barclay Crocker earned my repeat business in spades!
