barbershop quality beard trimmer + edger?

for the past few years i've been using a philips norelco t980 (http://www.amazon.com/Philips-Norelco-T980-Vacuum-Trimmer/product-reviews/B000FEF1V4), my first and only beard trimmer for shaping/trimming. i've been satisfied with it for the most part except i feel that it's not nearly precise (despite having a 'precision' trimmer) nor does it get close enough to do edging. what should i get that would get me over the hump and give me a more defined outline and look to my beard? i know there's some wahl and andis edgers out there so i wanted to get some recommendations on which ones you all like and are still affordable. i would really like it if there was something like my norelco trimmer with all the guards but also had a really really good edger included as well but not sure if those exist. i don't want any hair clippers (used on the head) i just want something that's specific for facial hair.

edit: maybe this wahl will work? it has a T-blade which i guess is the edger.

does anyone own this?

Go to Sally's Beauty Supply and look for any one of these brands:

1) Wahl (ask for the 'Peanut'). It comes with attachable guard combs, and is pretty nice for edging.
2) Andis 'T Outliner'. A very precise edging trimmer (this is the one I use in our salon). It does not come with any guard combs.
3) Oster 'T Edger'. A great edging and outlining trimmer. Does not come with guard combs.

I hope this gives you a few to look at.

I have the Wahl Detailer.Works awesome, and gives a pretty good shave, although not as close as BBS.Its great for trimming beard straps or detail trimming.
