Believe I have picked up a case of Barber's Rash from hotel towels.
Second time this has happened to me. Not as severe this time, but annoying.
It went away over a few days, but anyone have experience with this that can suggest a treatment.
I see antibiotics suggested, but that seems a bit much. Any OTC treatments?
