A couple months ago, my dad bought sample pack of blades and much preferred Feathers of anything else. He ordered 100 pack of them not to long ago but the other day he was telling me how the tug and pull so bad and aren't like anything like the single pack he had previously. Did he buy a large pack of duds?

Interesting. I have used Feathers in DEs for over 3 years and never had a bad blade yet. Has he tried more than one pack to see if they are similar in performance?
Duds are not uncommon to run into, but not usually in a pack of 100. Feathers should not tug much or at all. Is he using them in the same razor?
